Operational focus areas: the management of complex processes and projects, reorganization and business development. He has extensive international management experience with a particular focus in South Asia.


Dr. Günter Finke
Expert in technology



Dr. Günter Finke, born in 1953, was a PhD student at Leibniz University Hannover in 1984 and worked primarily in leading management positions with global automotive suppliers and mechanical engineering companies (Schäffler, ZF, Leitz, Babcock). In addition, from 1993 to 1998 he was responsible for a global consulting firm specializing in corporate strategy, restructuring, lean management, corporate analysis and M & A. From 2001 to present, he also works for his own consulting firm as a member of the supervisory board at home and abroad. He is active in the M & A business from Europe, USA to Asia and, in exceptional cases, also takes on assignments as interim manager.

Dr. Wolfgang Horrighs since 1980 has worked in leadership positions primarily in the companies STEAG AG, GEA, ABS, Balcke-Dürr, Babcock and NORDEX. He has developed and successfully implemented strategic directions. He advises Mohr Focus Management in technology for mechanical engineering and energy and process engineering, and life sciences. He is available to MFM with all its expertise for qualified operational and strategic planning processes.
